"Softly, I Will Leave You" is probably what you are looking for. It was on the flipside of "Solitaire." It is about a person who is dying in a hospital bed and it is a tear jerker. I can't listen to it....it is that strong. Be forewarned that tears will flow. Hope this is the one you are referring to and looking for.
